It comes and goes
Sometimes I'm happy its gone but I jinx it with that happiness
It comes back and turns everything upside down and I just sit there and contemplate every move I have made in my life
The thoughts keep spinning in my head like a carousel it won't stop
Causing me to feel sick and then I start questioning myself instead of being okay with myself
Maybe it's a battle
maybe it's just in my head but sometimes it feels like it's stronger than me and that I will lose
But this is you thinking you have won
You won't win against me I promise you that.
