My eyes finally open and the 4 ladies noticed this
"Hehe Good afternoon sleepy head" The fox waves her hand
"Mm howdy..." The slight nap created a groggy sound within my throat.
I try to stand up but the weight of four children doesn't really help my case.
"Looks like you already met the girls Y/n" Anna chuckles while appearing behind the four gorgeous women.
"Y-yeah so it seems" I sweat nead rolls down my side.
"Don't be alarmed Darling, we're not mad, in fact its the quite opposite" One of the mothers said
I raised an eyebrow
"You see, our little ones arent exactly the type to like just any stranger" The vastaya says
"They've been isolated and homeschooled their entire life so they haven't made any friends their age" she continued
Poor things, I rub their heads gently with a slight sad look on my face.
Little potatos: "Papa..." they said in unison sleep talking
"Don't worry you'll make lots of friends here" I smiled
I look upwards and the four ladies seemed to look pale as a ghost.
"D-Did they..." The vastayan muttered
The mother with missile cannons walked away with small crystallized tears forming in her eyes.
"Don't worry the girls are in good hands" I carry all four babies in my arms with a warm smile.
"I do hope so Darling" The mothers grab their children and we walk towards the front door. Their hips swaying side to side.
"When will they have their first day?" I asked Anna
"They start tomorrow" Anna replied
"Wow guess I'll start making extra plans for the girls then" I chuckled
"Thank you again Y/n, you don't know how reassuring it was seeing you with the girls sleeping" The mother with sunglasses says
That's weird, do the girls have trouble sleeping at home?
"My name is Evelynn by the way" she smiled and brought her hand
"Y/n, but I'm sure you know that already" I laughed and shakes her hand
"Hm, of course Darling~" She smirked
Y/n: "See you tomorrow" I shuttered as I waved goodbye.
Evelynn: "Later" she smiles back
Evelynn PoV
He was quite the charming young man I gotta say but his mana was the most intriguing part. A vast reservoir of mana that seemed untouched as if it were his latent potential.
"Intriguing" I thought
I noticed Bokkie having a mini breakdown as she held her cub within her arms.
Ahri: "Bokkie..." in a slight whispered tone
Kai'sa: sniff "The girls never said papa in our presence but with him...they mentioned it so nonchalantly while they were cuddled up against him" she held little Blaze tighter.
"Yeah, ever since they passed away...the girls have been getting constant nightmares unable to sleep longer than 30 minutes" I shake my head
"But now they slept even longer! I don't know how but with Y/n, our kids felt safe" My ears return to normal with enthusiasm
