Antonio Perez, also known as El Macho's son is a young mexican boy who is charming but also arrogant and a player. He is Margo's first love interest making him be hated by Gru. (Voiced by Moises Arias)

He later on left Margo for another girl in the Cinco de Mayo party causing him to be freezed ray by Gru.
After that event, it was unknown to what exactly happened to him.
Making Despicable Me 2 his last appearance as of now.
So what did exactly did I mean on the introduction about him having a intial different role?
As said in the introduction, he was intially meant to stay with Margo and help Gru take down his father.
To which I theorize based on the concept art, he probably didn't have a good relationship cause he does seem to be a bit shy or worried of the sorts.
There are other concept art where he seems angry, and I want to assume it's also due to his father.
Random facts about him:
- Supposedly his mom's name is Maria (accordingly to wiki fandom) - In his japanese dub, he shares the same voice actor as Death the Kid - It is unknown if Antonio knows his father is a villain or not - The only merch he appears on is stickers (most not official) and a mini figure - He only appears for less than 11 minutes in the movie
