"Are.. Are you okay?" He mumbled.

"Are you serious? Of course I'm not" I replied in a louder tone.

"Sorry" He sighed.

"Um, I don't know maybe - I mean if it's okay for you, I could come over?"

"I don't understand?"

"So is everything okay now? Corpse, I literally left your house without a word and we haven't talked in like forever"

I turned my phone off and stared down at the black screen for a second, completely out of breath and shaking.

Addy would usually be here to calm me down but she wasn't.

My chest started to hurt and the tips of my fingers felt numb - I lost control over my body.

I ruined the last chance of things going back to normal between us.

addy's pov

"Rae should be here any minute" I told Liv.

"And my boyfriend is here to pick me up soon" She replied.

"You really don't have to go, I'm being serious"

"I know, I missed him anyway so no worries Babe"

The doorbell rang and it was Rae.

"I missed you!" She cheered.

Liv's boyfriend Mike also arrived a few minutes later and she left to stay at his house for 2 days.

"So we ready to visit Brooke?" Rae said as Liv left.

"Visit Brooke?" I questioned.

"Hello? I thought we were beating her up together"

I made us some coffee and we sat down on my bed.

"So.. About Corpse" She mumbled, "I know you're going to hate me but we talked about you"

"I already messed it up, too late" I looked down at my coffee.

"But he told me like 10 minutes ago" She chuckled.

"10 minutes ago.." I mumbled, "I'll call him tonight when I feel better about the whole Brooke thing"

"That's a good idea, and now that you're mentioning it again" She started, "shouldn't you say something to your fans and friends? They're waiting"

"I mean Brooke already told them"

"No, tell them everything about her"

I thought about it, a lot.
