I love HP and Twilight fic, especially non-can. I ship Harmony (Harry/Hermione) and Hermes (Hermione/James), but doesn't mind any non-can ship. I hate Crapilogue and OBHWF. Seriously, opposite do attract, but not that POLAR opposite. It's a waste of a good character to ended up with that lazy, walking-talking garbage bin. He had little to no redeeming quality. His character reminds me a lot of Pettigrew the traitor. Ginny also make my skin crawl with her obsession of BWL, and the Love Potion issue really didn't help (seriously, girl, if my Mom said she drugged my Dad to love her, I would point her to the nearest mental ward, that was immoral, or even nearest police station, that's rape, plain and simple, really, and it's criminal).  It kinda sad,  even when later Rowling said she made mistakes on the pairing, there's nothing she can do about the Crapilogue and out-of-the-world idea of OBHWF (except to Obliviate all of us, of course, if that was possible).

As for Twilight, I prefer Jacob/OC (anything but Bella or Renesmee is ok in my book), but if you asked me, SM make a big mistake on making Edward as her main character. If someone have a right to have a woe-is-me moment, it should be Jasper. He had a hard life (either human or undead), while Edward was implied having a sheltered human life and only preyed on human out of rebellion to Carlisle curbing his appetite. He had choice while Jasper didn't. Imagine someone who's having a hard time resisting human blood but loving his singer at the same time, that would be epic. So, yeah, I ship Bella/Jasper, too. Or Bella/Paul, because I think she need someone who is blunt and not afraid to show her his emotions, either affection or dislike, since Bella seems like she doesn't have a back bone (to me, anyway, she's just so... mehhh).

Well, thats all about me and my opinion as a reader (since I'm not Rowling or Meyer 😭), and I'm only writing out of the pleasure of it, nothing more.
