3rd Person POV:
The bright morning sun shined through the window and landed on the eyes of a sleeping 22-year-old woman.
Slowly waking up she stretched her body before getting out of bed.
Catching her muscle toned body in the mirror, the woman saw how messy her hair was.
Woman: You look like a mess Jen...
She told herself.
Jen: Meh... Not like I have anywhere to be.
She proceeded to perform her daily workout which consisted of push-ups, sit-ups, squats, along with a few stretches.
Jen then left her room in nothing but her loosely fitting underwear.
Jen:(yawns while scratching back)
Jen: Hey, Kai! You up?
She didn't get a response.
Jen: Hmm...
Walking up to the door of the other bedroom of her apartment, she quietly opened the door and peeked in to find no one inside.
Jen:?
The next stop was the bathroom, where again, she found no one.
Jen: It's Saturday morning, where the hell could he be?
Jen picked up her phone, which had seen better days, with the intent to call Kai, however, her attention was caught by the day her phone showed.
Jen: Friday?
Jen: Friday!?
Jen: Oh fuck me sideways! I'm going to be late!
Running back into her room she sees a letter on her door that said...
"I tried to wake you, I failed. I made toast -Kai"
Jen rushed to put on some clothes.
Jen: Where the fuck are my pants!?
Finding her pants hanging slightly outside her window, she puts them on, grabs a piece of toast, and runs out of her apartment.

In a full sprint, she runs down to the parking lot of her apartment. On the way, she runs past an old man sunbathing.
Old man: You sleep late, Jen-san!
Jen: I know, I know, Mister Chan!
Old man: You need more balance!
Jen: Ran out of that cereal a while ago, It's on the shopping list though!
She jumps into her red vintage car.
